The next quarterly status hearing in US v. City of Ferguson has been set for Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 10:00 am CT. This hearing will be held in-person in Courtroom 3-North. The hearing will be held in open court and the public is welcome to attend. Any member of the public who wishes to speak at the hearing may do so by registering at Courtroom 3-North between 9:30 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. on the day of the hearing. Statements by members of the public will be taken in the order individuals sign up and will be limited to five minutes per person. All persons who address the Court must speak from the lectern, state their name, and direct their comments to the Court.
